How to find your order number

• Check your order confirmation email — your order number starts with # (e.g. #1845).
• Log in to your Roadee account and go to Order History to view all past orders and their tracking status.
• Your shipping confirmation email includes a direct tracking link — no order number needed.

Order status definitions

• Order Confirmed — We've received your order and it's being prepared.
• Dispatched — Your order has left our warehouse. Expect your tracking email shortly.
• In Transit — Your parcel is on its way with Australia Post. Median delivery time is 5 business days.
• Delivered — Your order has been delivered to the address provided.
