4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Afterpay. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of your order.
Shipping rates: Free Standard Shipping on all products (no minimum purchase required). Express Shipping: $12.99, available at checkout.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship exclusively via Auspost to all addresses within Australia. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Standard Shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on location. Express Shipping takes 1–3 business days depending on location. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
6. Order Acceptance
Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to buy all products listed in your order subject to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. By purchasing from us, you agree to our Return & Refund Policy terms. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment in AUD within 3–5 business days of the return being approved.
