Refund policy

At Roadee, we stand behind our gear. Our goal is to offer you quality products and genuine customer support — and if something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Starlink mount or adventure gear arrives faulty, damaged, broken, or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping cost and make it right. You can choose a full refund or a replacement, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Simply contact us at admin@roadee.com.au with your order number and photos of the problem, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Change of Mind Returns

If you've changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, or the item isn't what you expected, you can still return it within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility in these cases. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage and tracking number, as we can only process a refund once the returned item has been received and verified.

There are no restocking fees.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and confirm it is in saleable condition, we'll process your refund quickly and simply. Refunds are issued to your original payment method in AUD within 3–5 business days after the return is approved.

Damaged Items

We carefully package all orders to prevent damage in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please note that damaged packaging (e.g. a dented box) where the product itself is in good condition is not considered damage.

Cancellations

Any cancellations or modifications to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may have already entered processing and we may not be able to make changes.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim to deliver your order promptly, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by Auspost or circumstances beyond our control. For any delivery issues, please contact us at admin@roadee.com.au with your order number and we'll do our best to help.
