Shipping Rates
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
Delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your Auspost tracking number. You can track your package directly at auspost.com.au.
Shipping Addresses
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot change the address once the order has been dispatched.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at admin@roadee.com.au with your order number. We will work with Auspost to locate your package and resolve any issues.
Damage During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Australia. We may offer international shipping in the future.
